Electronic and mechanical designs can take many forms and are all unique. We can take your idea and turn it into reality. We have designed electronics to complement an existing 3D printed mechanical design, and have also made the mechanical design and electronic design as a whole assembly.

Electronic Design
Star Trek transponder prop, the customer provided the mechanical design and we modified the .step files as we needed to fit all the electronics we designed to run the lights and the OLED screen. This was a very in depth design that took many hours to complete and test. See the video in the gallery section SST Transponder.

Electronic Repair/Design
Control board for the LEDS on a beer sign, original plan was to replace the blown transistors and repair the board. However it turns out the microcontroller was dead so it could not be saved. We offered to the customer an alternative which was for us to write a new program to control the LEDS as per their original function and make the new microcontroller work on the existing PCB. So as you can see in the pictures we needed to reroute a few traces and it all worked! Customer was ecstatic with our work and the price.
